FNB EBUCKS AND PICK N PAY ARE PROUD TO OFFER CUSTOMERS A LOAF OF BREAD EVERY WEEK FOR 99c

FNB Easy Bundle customers can swipe for any amount to qualify for the weekly bread voucher

FNB eBucks is proud to announce its collaboration with Pick n Pay to offer qualifying FNB customers a loaf of bread every week for 99c through a voucher initiative at all stores nationwide. From 1 September, FNB Easy PAYU and Easy Bundle customers can purchase up to four loaves a month at 99c per loaf by swiping their cards for any amount when purchasing goods at Pick n Pay stores. The 99c bread offer will no longer be available at Shoprite stores, although FNB customers will continue to earn rewards at Checkers and Shoprite.

Pieter Woodhatch, eBucks Rewards CEO, says, “We are constantly enhancing our rewards programme to offer customers even more ways to be rewarded for good banking practices. Our growing number of eBucks partners makes it easier and more convenient for our customers to stretch their wallets, especially during these challenging economic times.”

“We are delighted to be part of the 99c bread initiative as Pick n Pay’s ethos and values align with FNB in serving customers through initiatives which provide some relief during these difficult times. We see the value and role that loyalty programmes, like our Smart Shopper programme, play in helping customers stretch their budgets. Collaborations such as this means even greater rewards for customers.  Our Smart Shoppers could even use their points to pay for their 99c loaf of weekly bread vouchers from FNB eBucks,” says Sean Summers, Group CEO: Pick n Pay.

FNB has recently been recognised as the Most Valuable South African Brand in the 2024 Kantar BrandZ “Most Valuable South African Brands” rankings. FNB has focused on value where South Africans need it most. “The accolade further confirms our ethos of help and delivering real value through highly rewarding benefits tailored to the identified need and preferences of all our customers.

Woodhatch says South Africans are feeling the economic strain with the Entry market being impacted the most. “We continue to see the valuable impact of eBucks in catering to the needs of our customers and enabling them to stretch their rands even further. Our reward programme has been designed to offer real help and to be an integral part of our customers’ monthly budgets as they supplement their household expenses,” said Woodhatch.
