ADIDAS AND ORLANDO PIRATES UNVEIL THE CLUB’S 2025-26 SEASON LIMITED EDITION THIRD JERSEY

adidas and Orlando Pirates Football Club are proud to unveil the Club’s Third Jersey, a bold new chapter in South African football design and culture.

As the Club continues to excel across multiple competitions, a third kit has become both a necessity of performance and a reflection of creativity – a canvas that blurs the lines between football and fashion, sport and art, and club and culture.

The Orlando Pirates Third Jersey draws inspiration from the iconic Orlando Towers – a landmark that stands as a symbol of Soweto pride, community, and artistic expression.

The design features vibrant brushstroke patterns that flow across the jersey to form the bones of the legendary skull and crossbones, a symbol synonymous with Orlando Pirates’ spirit of pride, resilience, and defiance. The blue dawn colour highlighted by the light orchid echoes the vibrancy, diversity and beauty of kasi living, and the dynamic energy that unites players, fans, and the township streets.

The kit’s interlock base fabric ensures performance comfort on the pitch, while the crew-neck collar and shell cuffs with subtle tipping details deliver a premium lifestyle aesthetic off it. Designed for fans who live and express their football identity daily, the jersey becomes both a symbol of pride and a statement of individuality.

As Orlando Pirates chase glory across all competitions, this Third Jersey stands as a testament to evolution – a club unafraid to innovate, express, and celebrate its roots.

The Orlando Pirates Third Jersey will be available from 14 November in limited quantities at adidas stores, select retailers, and online at www.orlandopiratesfc.com and adidas.co.za.
