Stadium entry tickets for Downs vs Orbit College FC up for grabs

Betway Premiership League action kicks off this evening with a much anticipated clash between Mamelodi Sundowns and PSL new kids, Orbit College FC.

Second placed Bafana  Ba Style will be hoping topple current log leaders Orlando Pirates and  consolidate their  standing on the log, while The Mswenko Boys will also gunning to upset Downs and improve their 13th log standing position.

The match is billed for Loftus Versfeld Stadium Tshwane this evening.

Downs’ defender, Aubrey Modiba, is on record expressing   his excitement for the return of competition.

“It’s good to be back in the league. We haven’t competed in the year. It’s going to be an interesting game against Orbit College, a side we haven’t met.”

Ahead of the mid-week encounter, Modiba previewed the game, stating the Brazilians are anticipating a difficult encounter against an Orbit College side they will be meeting for the first time.

“We have been watching them, and we know how they play. We have watched their games, and we know what to expect from them. They are going to give us a tough time, but we already know there’s no easy game in the Premier Soccer League. At Mamelodi Sundowns, every game is important, and the three points are crucial for us. We are going to make sure we do well for ourselves and our supporters,” the Bafana Bafana international stated.
