“ It also gives me great joy to announce that we will be allocating funding in our 2017/18 budget to extent operating hours at even more clinics across our city. This project has the potential to transform access to health care in Johannesburg, especially to our poorest residents. A proper functioning health care system is vital to us achieving our economic growth targets because a healthy city is a working city,” Mashaba said.”
