A CASTLE LAGER, SPRINGBOKS, CELEBRATION  BRAAI EVENING- A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

Believe it or not!!! Mzansis favourite beer Castle Lager made with only local ingredients recently celebrated three decades association with Rugby National team, Springboks at an evening  event held at Farmsworth in Houghton.

The media engagement was attended by the whose who in Rugby, players and dozens of media houses.

Mark Alexander, President of SA Rugby, told the audience this relationship has taken the test of time.

Its a special relationship that shows strong vision from both parties.

“Castle Lager has been sponsoring rugby for three decades in an unbroken partnership,” said Castle Lager Marketing Director Thomas Lawrence, ahead of the upcoming Ireland test series this weekend”

Meanwhile in a terse statement, Castle Lager reiterated that South Africa’s beloved ‘Homegrown’ beer, has over the years solidified its position as a stalwart partner in South African sport, with 2024 marking three decades of Castle Lager’s remarkable partnership with the Springboks. 

“Castle Lager is the beer that brings people together around the things that they love the most. We want to facilitate bonds of friendship, belonging and good times. That is what we stand for.”
