In what is seen as a do or die encounter in the CAF Champions League, Orlando Pirates have a mammoth task of reducing a 3-0 deficit they suffered against the DRC’S Saint-Eloi Lupopo this Saturday in front of their own crowd at Orlando Stadium.

The Buccaneers suffered this heavy shock defeat last week  in the first leg of their second preliminary round before the beginning of the group stages in DR Congo.

However, Bucs Gaffer, Abdeslam Ouaddou is unfazed on this mammoth and uphill task.

Addressing the media ahead of this clash at Orlando Stadium.

He revealed that most of his players are available for selection and pointed out they have prepared very well for this encounter.

“We know exactly the expectations. The boys are ready psychologically and physically.  We have the qualities to score  goals.”

Pressed further, He said, “It is a mission possible to reduce the deficit. During the recent MTN 8 final we managed to score three goals in fifteen minutes. My players need to be ambitious. We just need to keep the right balance of the team. We just need sharpness and competitiveness on the day.”

Club Captain Nkosinathi Sibisi, urged Bucs supporters to come in numbers to support the team.

“We have to go through to the next round. We know what is at stake. It’s a different playing field and we are playing at home.”

Pressed to elaborate on the mood of the players, He said, “I can’t put the mood in numbers. Its business as usual.”
