Any Easy PAYU or Easy Bundle customer will receive this voucher when they swipe for any amount at Shoprite. This is to drive financial inclusion.

A brief statement issued by the bank read.

“We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused and we are working to ensure the 99c offer is operational as soon as possible.

“We appreciate the support of our valued customers and remain committed to delivering innovative products, services and rewards, at the high level of quality to which our customers have become accustomed. “
