LIFT has partnered with Siyathemba Catering, showcasing its ongoing commitment to enhancing the passenger journey through an elevated Premium onboard catering offering. By collaborating with the specialist aviation caterer, the airline aims to introduce menus that reflect quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation and a modern culinary perspective.

Founded in 2009, Siyathemba Catering is known for its precision-driven kitchen culture and high culinary standards. The Siyathemba team developed the current menu rotation – a seasonal Summer Collection menu – inspired by freshness, colour and layered flavours. The new LIFT Premium menu celebrates the vibrancy of seasonal ingredients, brought together through balanced and carefully considered flavour profiles.
Dishes are designed to create a sensory experience, combining precision-cut proteins with silky purées, vibrant vegetables and carefully placed garnishes. Herbaceous notes, subtle sweetness from seasonal produce and contrasting textures all contribute to a menu that is both visually striking and satisfying.
