MTN8 FINAL PROMISES ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE
Organisers of this weekend’s MTN8 Final at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban have promised supporters that they will be treated to an ultimate fan experience on Saturday.
The fan experience includes a star-studded music concert and a Fan Zone.
The pre-final music concert, which is set to begin at 16h00, will include top South African heavyweights such as Babes Wodumo, L’vovo Derango, Naak Musiq and many more. As if that’s not enough, MTN has a big surprise in store for supporters at half-time. And all this for R40!
Tickets are available at TicketPro outlets including CNA, Postnet, Postnet, Edgars and Jet stores.
The match will kick-off at 19h00 but festivities are set to commence from as early as 15h00 when the Fan Zone Experience opens.
Supporters who arrive early at the stadium will get an opportunity to interact with legends such as Sibusiso Zuma, Jabu Mahlangu, Thabo September, Edries Burton, Benedict Vilakazi and Joseph Makhanya, to mention but a few.
Supporters are guaranteed a wide range of fun-filled activities at the Fan Zone Experience. All MTN customers at the stadium on Saturday will be receive 500MB data (it’s free).
On the field of play, Benni McCarthy will lead Cape Town City to their first ever MTN8 final when they come against an Eric Tinkler-led SuperSport United side who will be making their second MTN8 final appearance (they lose 2-1 to Moroka Swallows in 2012).
