On 22 and 23 November, Disney+ is flipping the script on how South Africans engage with their favourite shows. The result? A live game show activation that blends the intensity of trivia with the passion of fandom and rewards winners with a once-in-a-lifetime Marvel Studios’ Daredevil: Born Again-inspired trip for two to New York City, worth over R150 000.
Bringing “A Lifetime of Great Stories” to Life

The Binge-Box turns those stories into an experience you can further experience, share and compete through a high-energy, interactive challenge where fans can prove their knowledge, speed, and endurance.
What’s the Binge-Box anyway?
It’s a giant, custom-built glass cube dropped right in the heart of Mall of Africa. Inside? Lights, cameras, and binge-able bliss. Over five rounds, participants will enter the Binge-box and take in some of Disney+’s most iconic stories and characters and then, through trivia and fastest-fingers-first challenges, battle it out to come out tops as the ultimate binge champion.
Completely made for fans, it’s where binge culture meets game show energy, celebrating storytelling through speed, knowledge, and heart.
The line-up
Saturday, 22 Nov: The influencer showdown. 45 of your favourite internet personalities step into the Box to compete for the grand prize.
Sunday, 23 Nov: The public finale. From thousands of sign-ups, 45 lucky fans will step into the spotlight and play for glory.
Even if you’re not in the box, you can still join the fun all weekend long. The surrounding activation space will feature giveaways, influencer sightings, and content corners designed for that perfect Instagram story.
