2023 BLUE RIBBON SOWETO KOTA FESTIVAL  BACK, BIGGER AND BETTER THAN BEFORE

 The 6th annual Blue Ribbon Soweto Kota Festival is happening on the 2nd and 3rd September 2023 at the Soweto Cricket Oval in Rockville Soweto.

The event is celebrating its 6th Anniversary since its inception. Organisers are urging the Food fanatics to bring the whole family to come celebrate the number 1 township street food.

“Our visitors can expect over 60 Kota outlets from all over Gauteng who will be ready to serve you with Kotas that went to the most expensive private schools.

“Our fans must also expect Halaal and Vegetarian stalls. There will be a bigger and better kids entertainment with activities like Jumping Castle, Face Painting, Digital Games and more….Expect exclusive live performances, top DJs including lots of prizes to be given away on both days.

“We are expecting new corporate activations and great experiences.

Soweto Kota Festival is a well-established food and lifestyle brand providing a platform to up and coming local chefs and cuisines. It will most certainly be a great weekend away for the whole family.

“The event is about township economy and job creation. The event creates about 300 direct and indirect jobs. We are super excited that Blue Ribbon is back again as a title sponsor.

We are also partnering with Thompsons Meat, Aromat, Lucky Star, Jozi Fm, Mzansi Magic, Soweto Toyota, VW Soweto, Tyme bank, DSTV and Gordons.
