EXCLUSIVE TRANSPORT AVAILABLE FOR THE SOWETO RUGBY DOUBLE HEADER

Exclusive transport has been put in place for the Premier’s Social Cohesion Games rugby
double header at Orlando Stadium on Friday, 23 June.
The Springboks A (South Africa A) take on the French Barbarians (8pm) in an international
fixture that will be preceded by the Vodacom Blue Bulls-Xerox Golden Lions clash at 5pm.
Stand tickets cost a bargain R20 for scholars, R40 in Level 4 and R80 in Level 1 through
Computicket (www.computicket.com) and Shoprite/Checkers retail outlets around the
country.
Ticket holders should note that there is NO parking in the Orlando Stadium Precinct, with
safe and secure parking bays available only at FNB Stadium from where shuttle services will
ferry supporters to Soweto costing R45 each for adults and R35 each for children under-12
(Computicket and Shoprite/Checkers).
Park and Ride tickets are sold at the same retail outlets with pick up points open from
1.30pm on event day. Buses depart for Orlando Stadium between 2pm and 3pm with the
return buses leaving the venue no later than an hour after the event.

The general public is also cautioned that strict road closure measures will be in place around the Orlando Stadium Precinct on the day and to also seek event day assistance from marshals, security and staff.
Fans are also warned to not bring any prohibited items such as braai stands, vuvuzelas or any sharp-pointed objects like umbrellas, as these items are considered a safety hazard and will not be permitted to the parking areas or the venue with strict security measures in place.
