An excited Baloyi had this to say about the tournament: “I am very passionate about football; it is a sport that I have enjoyed throughout my life. I have also learnt important life lessons on the field of play and have made lifetime friendships with people I met during my playing days. Five-a-side football is a great way to bond with those closest to you, but, also opens up for great opportunities to create friendship bonds outside of your inner circle. The CASTLE AFRICA 5s tournament will give football fans a great opportunity to widen their friendships across borders. I am delighted to be a part of that!” concluded Baloyi.

Castle Lager Brand Director, Vaughn Croeser “Brian is the perfect fit for an ambassador in South Africa. He is one of the country’s most loved footballing figures and is still directly involved in the sport as a coach. This makes him a great mentor for the teams and we are looking forward to working with him.” Said Croeser.
