CATCH EPISODE 2 OF ULTIMATE HOUSE VIBE UNLOCKED BY CASLTE LITE!

The much-anticipated premiere of Ultimate House Vibe season 2 unlocked by Castle Lite made its debut on Mzansi Magic last week Thursday to rave reviews as #UltimateHouseVibe shot to the number 1 spot on the Twitter trends list.

Viewers across the nation watched as our vibrant cast of 12 hopefuls who hail from various parts of Mzansi finally made their debut.

Also making their much-awaited debut on the show was the refreshing new cast of judges. Fan favourites Zulu Mkhathini and Carpo returned to the show, keeping the contestants on their toes while well-known comedian, Mpho Popps and award-winning actress, KhanyiMbau took their seats at the judging table for the very first time bringing humour and glam to the show.

It was a battle of the queens last week as Mbali Dhlamini and Tshegofatso Bopape went head-to-head to see who can host the best Back to My Roots themed vibe.

Mbali and her team threw their vibe in Mamelodi, Pretoria in honour of Mbali’s friend and famed Pretoria musician, DJ Dino. Meanwhile, Tshegofatso’s vibe went down in Thokoza, Ekurhuleni and her guest of honour was her close friend, Mfundo.

In the end though, it was team Tshegofatso that faced elimination. This automatically put her on the chopping block as the losing team captain. The rest of the team, meanwhile, voted that Paballo should join her in the bottom two after they felt that she barely contributing anything to the vibe.

Unfortunately, the vibe came to an early end for Paballo who had to pack her bags and be the first to leave the mansion.

Things are now getting extra cold in episode 2 as our contestants begin to reveal a bit more of their character. Alliances begin to form between 3 of the boys, favourites and potential outcasts begin to emerge and as is the nature of reality shows, some drama is unfolding in the mansion with the pressure brining Mbali to tears. Plus, we finally get to see the reason for Carpo’s now famous line, “your vibe was whack”.

Episode 2 is a star-studded affair with our resident judges serving extra cold judgement, a very famous guest judge appearance, and one of the team captains hosts his party in honour of a social media sensation turned musician.

Make sure to catch episode 2 of Ultimate House Vibe on Mzansi Magic (DStv channel 161) this Thursday at 21:30 with the repeats on Saturdays at 22:00 on Mzansi Magic and on Mondays at 19:00 on Channel O (DStv channel 320).

EP1 ELIMINATED CONTESTANT-PABALLO SHAI:

Paballo is a -27-year-old business owner originally from Bloemfontein in the Free State. She moved to Pretoria after high school to pursue a Public Relations qualification from Vasity College and has since stayed in the capital city.

She describes herself as a very bubbly person who loves to see people happy and enjoying themselves.

Paballo comes from a family of twins, having a twin sister herself and brothers who are also twins. She and her sister run a strategic creative branding and marketing company called We Are Creative Addicts.

She entered the show because she hosts a lot of vibes with her friends and believed she had the personality for it.

“I love seeing people happy. What I normally do is host/emcee my vibes and there is nothing better than just seeing everybody at the vibe just happy to be there. You can just forget everything that you’re going through and just be in the moment, and that’s beautiful,” she said.

Paballo described her journey on Ultimate House Vibe as exciting and enjoyed meeting different types of people.

“It was all about getting to know one another and you could see that there were clashes but then things got better. People are also now getting very comfortable,” she describes her time in the house.

The perfect vibe for Paballo is all about good energies and happiness.
