Two Mzansi continental giants Mamelodi Sundowns FC and Orlando Pirates FC are expected to face their Egyptian counterparts Al Ahly and Pyramids FC in a mouth watering first leg semi final clashes of the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League.
The two historical matches are scheduled to take place three hours apart with Sundowns first locking horns with Egyptian powerhouse Al Ahly at Loftus Versfeld Stadium 3 pm.
The second Semi final will be between the Buccaneers and Pyramids FC at FNB stadium at 18:00.
Pirates match was scheduled to be played at Orlando Stadium but had to be moved to the iconic Calabash stadium due to a church service taking place at Orlando.
