All eyes will be on the Gauteng Provincial Legislature today where MEC of Finance and e-Government Ms Nomantu Nkomo –Ralehoko is expected to present Gauteng Medium Term Budget Policy Statement and the adjustment Budget today.
This is the first Medium Term Budget Policy Statement of the 6th Administration and will provide context within which key priorities of the Growing Gauteng Together plan will be funded.
The presentation will also include allocations made as part of the Adjustments Budget to cater for the unforeseen and unavoidable expenditure and the Provincial Economic Review and Outlook.
An informal snap survey conducted by this publication to find out more what Gauteng Citizens had to say about this Medium Term Budget Policy Statement was fruitless.
People who spoke to this publication were shy to reveal their expectations while others steadfastly refused to comment.
