Up in Limpopo, Kanatla Ladies were dismantled at home by Morning Stars with a 7-1 drubbing while University of Limpopo single goal against Botlokwa Ladies earned them a vital victory on the road.
Things got off to a firing start in the North West when Golden Ladies edged out Platinum Arsenal 2-0 at home while North West University came out victorious by the same scoreline away to Gopane Ladies.
Meanwhile, clubs from the KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga and Eastern Cape provinces will use this week to prepare for this weekend when they kick off their respective seasons while Northern Cape kicks off their season on Saturday, 21 April.
