TELKOM KNOCKOUT FINAL RETURNS TO MOSES MABHIDA AFTER 4 YEARS

On Saturday 14 December 2019 – two days before the Day of Reconciliation – Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium will open its doors for the 2019/20 Telkom Knockout final.

The Telkom Knockout Final makes a return to Moses Mabhida after four years of absence at the venue.

The last time Moses Mabhida Stadium hosted the Telkom Knockout final was back in 2015 where Mamelodi Sundowns emerged victorious.

Four clubs are in the running for a place in the final: (in order of qualification): Maritzburg United, Kaizer Chiefs, Lamontville Golden Arrows and Mamelodi Sundowns.

With defending champions, Baroka FC having been knocked out of the competition, a new champion will ascend the throne on 14 December 2019.

The TKO finalists will be confirmed on the weekend 23 and 24 November 2019.

Lamontville Golden Arrows and Mamelodi Sundowns will battle it out in the first semifinal at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium on Saturday, 23 November 2019 while Kaizer Chiefs and Maritzburg United lock horns the following day at the Mbombela Stadium for a place in the final.

Tickets for the #TKO2019 semi-finals are currently on sale at TicketPro outlets and selected SASOL Garages countrywide.

The PSL will advise on ticketing information and the kick-off time for the #TKO2019Final in due course.© Premier Soccer League
