R22 billion in eBucks paid out since inception
FNB’s rewards programme, eBucks, has achieved remarkable recognition by winning six prestigious awards at the 2024 South African Loyalty Awards – This milestone reaffirms eBucks as the leading rewards programme in the country.

For instance, we enable our customers to purchase a loaf of bread for just 99cents, which truly represents real value.”

FNB’s eBucks rewards programme is designed to encourage good banking habits and money management across key financial areas like transact, lend, invest, insure, home, car, and telecoms. Over the past 24 years, the programme has paid out more than R22bn in eBucks. FNB’s year-end results also show that our customers earned R2.3 billion in eBucks in the past year which is money back in their pockets for groceries to school unforms, fuel and everything in between. Our payout increased by 8% from last year, surpassing inflation.
Additionally, FNB was recently awarded 2024 Most Valuable South African Brand by Kantar BrandZ. We also received accolades as the Best Consumer Digital Bank in South Africa by Global Finance and were recognised as the Most Admired Financial Services Brand in South Africa by Brand Africa.
