Its all systems go for the Shell Helix ultra Cup match

Safety and transport logistics for the upcoming Shell Helix Ultra Cup match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs is all set.

Tickets for this second instalment rival match are still available at Computicket and selected retail stores, and on the day there will be a lucky draw that will make one lucky winner fan walk away home with a  R50 000 prize money.

Furthermore ample parking is on hand to cater for the throngs of fans who will be descending to the stadium come Saturday afternoon.

This was revealed by the organizers at a recent media briefing held at the iconic FNB stadium.

Captain Lorraine van Emmerik, of SAPS told the packed media that they are ready for the big match and have applied for more manpower to man all corners of the stadium.

Wayne Minnaar,of JMPD, said some roads will be blocked to make sure fans have an easy access to the stadium, adding that fans must come early.

“Our officers will be visible at all intersections leading to the stadium.”

Bettie Grobbelaar,of Stadium Management pointed out that tickets are still available.

Groblaar also stressed that there is ample free parking for motorists wanting to use their vehicles to go to the stadia.

“It is managed by professional security provider.”
