Its official! Finance and e-Government MEC Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko is expected to present Gauteng’s Provincial Special Adjustment Budget to a Virtual Sitting of the Legislature this Thursday, 23 July 2020.
Amongst other things, the valuable Budget will outline how the provincial government will fund its response plan to Covid-19 pandemic going forward.
According to a terse statement issued by the department, the expected earth shattering Special Adjustment Budget will also highlight key interventions to address economic and social challenges associated with Covid-19.
Furthermore the department said, the Supplementary budget will also highlight key interventions to transform and stimulate the economy of the Gauteng City Region beyond this Covid-19 pandemic in line with the Growing Gauteng Together (GGT2030) plan.
